Also, I was recently watching "When the Levees Broke," a documentary on Katrina, and everyone basically said that the Coast Guard was the best thing ever. FEMA looks terrible. The state, local, and federal gov't. looks inept. But the Coast Guard, pretty much fantastic. Thought you'd appreciate that.
