My limited menu of things that I can make that CO will eat has now been blown to bits (fine fine, perhaps I exaggerate just a little). We moved into an apartment today that does not have an oven/stove. It does have a hotplate... uh... ok. Perhaps I'm just too tired to think correctly. What in the world will I cook???

When I lived in Nice, France I had two hot plates and some sort of combo oven/microwave thing. Lots of pasta or stir fries... but I missed baking! No wonder the French are so skinny - they must never bake or eat!
