Not much going on around here. I work every Tuesday and Thursday - plus more when they need substitutes. Dh has been studying a ton. His final exams start on Saturday and go through next week. After that, we get to have a week off! We're heading to Florida to spend a week relaxing in the sun - hopefully we'll catch some surf and maybe see our new nephew if he decides to be born anytime soon!
I tried out a new recipe for baked ziti last night and it was pretty good! I'd reduce the amount of ricotta cheese though, it was a little too intense for me. Plus, I used penne instead of ziti. Yum! Even DH liked it!
